ABC Daytime soap opera fans were dealt another blow last week, when fan favorite, and soap opera darling, Kristen Alderson, announced that she was leaving General Hospital after a three-year run.

Alderson, twenty-three, began her drama career at age six, when she started on ABC's now defunct, One Life to Live as Starr Manning, the daughter of Todd and Blair. Fans watched as the adorable little girl grew into womanhood in Llanview, and even had a child of her own.
