In the continuing real life soap opera of the battle between indie production company Prospect Park and mega giant ABC, ABC has now just counter sued Prospect Park for breach of contract, stating they did not make agreed to license payments.
ABC is sueing for $5 million. In a bankrupcy filing yesterday, Prospect Park Networks (PPN) claims that ABC is their largest debtor to the tune of $1.7 million. It has asked for Chapter 11 protection against it's debtors.

Soapdom can only hope these issues get resolved promptly so that maybe, perhaps, we can once again regain All My Children and One Life to Live among our current soaps line up.
