Communicating with SOAPDOM

Soapdom welcomes your comments, and is interested in your point of view.  Be advised, however, that any and all submissions, including, but not limited to, notes, message/billboard, discussion groups, and/or blog and/or chat room postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted, be it by email, snail mail, questions and comments, message board postings, chats, or the like, is voluntary (not solicited by Soapdom), non confidential, accept as governed by our Online Privacy Policy, and non proprietary, and will become the property of Soapdom throughout the universe and Soapdom shall be entitled to use the material in perpetuity in any media whether now known or hereafter devised.  When you submit material to Soapdom you agree that Soapdom has the right to publish the material for any type of use as outlined above, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, advertising and promotional purposes, screenplays, television and/or web series and/or documentaries, online games, or published books, or as an entry in our Your Letters column.  Anything you transmit or post may be used by Soapdom or its affiliates, or licensed to others by Soapdom or its affiliates for any purpose, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, product or service solicitations, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, or posting.

Message Board, Discussion Group, Blog, and Chat Usage Terms of Service

Reading the Soapdom Message Boards, Discussion Groups and Blogs is completely free.  All Registered Members can post on the boards, start or join a discussion group, reply to topics and start topics and/or create their personal blogs.  All Registered Members can participate in Soapdom's Live Chat rooms. 

Soapdom is not responsible for any material posted on Soapdom's Message Boards, Blogs, Discussion Groups or to the chat rooms.

First and foremost, www.Soapdom.com is a G-RATED community.  You shall not submit or otherwise publish through such forums any content which: a) libels, defames, invades privacy, or is obscene, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, or threatening; b) infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, but not limited to, violating anyone's copyrights or trademarks; c) violates any law; d) advocates illegal activity; advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services; (collectively "Non-Approved Material").  You agree to indemnify Soapdom, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates, and the makers of the bulletin board, discussion group, blog and chat room software and their agents, from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties. Soapdom also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Considering the real-time nature of the Soapdom bulletin board, blogs, discussion groups and chat rooms, it is impossible for Soapdom to review all messages or confirm the validity of the information posted. Please remember that Soapdom does not actively monitor the contents of and is not responsible for any messages posted. Soapdom does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Soapdom or any entity associated with Soapdom. Any user who feels that a posted message to the message boards, blogs, or chat rooms is objectionable is encouraged to contact Soapdom immediately by email. Soapdom has the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if Soapdom determines that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that Soapdom may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. (To request removal of a message contact us immediately. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Soapdom bulletin board, discussion groups, blogs, and/or chat room to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by Soapdom. You agree to not impersonate a person, be it an actor or another www.Soapdom.com member, by registering and participating with a user name that is a duplicate in most part of the user name of another member, or is the name of an actor or other person affiliated with a show.

Again, please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on the Soapdom bulletin boards, blogs,  and chat rooms.  Flooding our boards with the same post in more than two forums and advertising or promoting another message board community on the Soapdom message boards, chats or blogs is prohibited. Any such posts, comments or threads will be deleted.

Email and Postings Submitted

Do not post any threatening or libelous emails or material on this site that would be considered a violation of any law. Soapdom will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Soapdom to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such emails or material. Soapdom reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, or email submitted by you.
