Casting ins and outs on One Life to Live

Tonja Walker returns as Alex Olanov appearing in scenes with Farah Fath (Gigi/Stacy) and Josh Kelly (Cutter). Walker couldn't be more delighted with the way the character was written for this storyline.   Walker appears in four episodes beginning Thursday, November 17 through Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Wendy Moniz, known for her roles on Guiding Light, Damages and The Guardian, is coming to Llanview as the new head honcho, Mayor Finn. The role is recurring and will begin this fall.

John Wesley Shipp, who played that dispicable abusive braggart, Eddie Ford, returns to One Life to Live before the end of the broadcast run of the show.  But wat! Wasn't his character killed off? You betcha.  So, the question is, how will he return?  Here's what Shipp had to say about it on his Facebook page:

"The ideas for this last week of OLTL on ABC truly approach brilliance; when I was told, roughly, what I would be asked to do, it was not what I had thought, and man was I psyched. I tripped on the idea for a week before I ever got the script lol...."

And when David Gregory (Robert Ford, one of Eddie's sons) commented to one of Shipp's posts, "You sir, are always an inspiration, " Shipp replied:  "David, it breaks my heart each time I leave you… You .. better keep me informed because I WILL FIND YOU. your loving father, jw :)"
