Who killed Silas?
When I first heard that Michael Easton was leaving the show, I figured Silas was going to prison. I thought Silas would confess to taking the baby to save Ava. I thought they would haul the good doctor off in handcuffs.
Much to my disappointment, Silas was murdered. The question is – who did it? I don't believe it was Nina. Even though she was hopping mad, I think Silas was
killed before Nina got to the apartment. Perhaps Nina picked up the murder weapon (albeit stupid) and pulled it out of Silas. And just at that moment, Franco arrived.
So that leaves Ava. I think it's quite possible that Ava is guilty, given what she stood to lose. On the other hand, would Ava kill her daughter's father? I suppose Ava is a sociopath so anything is possible.
We can't forget Morgan. The kid is loose cannon. Morgan has made bad decisions since I can remember. He was desperate to keep Silas from telling KiKi the truth. But is Morgan capable of murder? Given who Morgan's father is (and mother, for that matter), it's another good possibility.
Whoever the guilty party is, the end result is the same. No more Silas Clay. And no more of the hugely talented Michael Easton. That, my friends, is sadder than the death of Silas Clay.
In actor news, Rebecca Budig (Hayden) is back. Lexi Ainsworth (Kristina) is also set for a return. Teresa Castillo (Sabrina) is expecting her second child with husband Shane Aaron. Michael Easton's run as Silas Clay is over. Finally, don't miss Rick Springfield (Noah) alongside Meryl Streep in the film, "Ricki and the Flash" which opens this coming weekend.
