I woke up this Sunday morning bright and early to a syndicated radio program called Open Line. Much to my surprise, Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke, The Bold and the Beautiful) was guesting, talking about her latest venture -- being the spokesperson for Amgen's Breakaway from Cancer initiative.
It was a perfect fit for Lang, who, along with being a 27-year veteran of B&B, is an avid cyclist, and participates in triatholons on a regular basis. There is also a long history of colon cancer in her family and she is all about awareness.
Soapdom congratulates Lang on being named the spokesperson this year.
