Soapdom has just heard from our friends over at LANY Entertainment, producers of The Bay the Series. They have such a fab initiative on the docket, and they want to know just how big a Bay fan you are!
They are asking all die hard Bay Watchers to submit a video that answers three questions:
1) Who is your favorite character on The Bay?
2) What is your favorite storyline?
3) What is your fantasy scene, your fan fiction for The Bay?
You could have your scene produced as part of an upcoming episode. So what are you waiting for. Read the official press release below and get to making that video. Break a leg and we'll see you on The Bay!
For Immediate Release...
LANY Entertainment welcomes the new year with a bang by asking fans of the Emmy-nominated series, "ARE YOU THE BIGGEST FAN OF THE BAY?" The interactive challenge has been officially issued by creator, writer and director Gregori J. Martin, who will produce the winner's fantasy dream sequence in an upcoming episode of THE BAY!
"The response to our recently released chapters has been phenomenal," states Martin. "As a show of appreciation to our record number of viewers, we wanted to give Bay Watchers the opportunity to contribute the show. What better way than to have their BAY fantasy come true?"
Bay Watchers interested in participating in this rare opportunity are asked to submit their fan-made video answering three simple questions. Who is your favorite THE BAY character and why? What is your favorite past or present storyline? What is your fantasy scene—the one scene you'd like to see produced on the show? All submissions must be in video format and posted to YOUTUBE with the subject "I'm the NUMBER 1 FAN of THE BAY THE SERIES!" no later than Tuesday, January 20th by 11:59pm PT.
Though everyone who submits a video will receive a special gift from THE BAY, only one lucky winner will have their fantasy scene actually produced and featured on the award-winning serial drama. Current submissions include:
"We're thrilled to have already received submissions," Martin continued. "It's exciting to see what our viewers would like to see on THE BAY."
