Some of Hollywood's hottest talent – including soap opera alum McKenzie Westmore, Greg Vaughan, Tika Sumpter, and Antonio Sabato, Jr.; AMC stars Jamie Luner, Crishell Strauss, Melissa Claire Egan; and new Y&R regular Angell Conwell turned out at the historic Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood last night (Thurs., Feb. 24) to support the newly announced American Idol Top 24 at "Idol Prom" hosted by AT&T.  At the event, the Top 24 were surprised with the news that they were receiving the brand new Motorola Atrix 4G, complete with a lapdock and multimedia HD dock, and one year of free wireless service from AT&T.  In addition to the Idol Prom, Idol fans learned yesterday that, for the first time ever, American Idol will allow viewers to vote for their favorite contestants online at americanidol.com. Sponsored by AT&T, online voting begins immediately after the first performance show airing Tuesday, March 1 (8:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Congratulations to the Bold and the Beautiful.  On Sunday, February 20th, members of the B&B  family attended the 18th Annual Catholics In Media Associates (CIMA) Awards.  During the ceremony, Susan Flannery (Stephanie) presented Executive Producer Brad Bell with the 2011 Humanitarian Award, recognizing B&B's ongoing storyline about the homeless population of Los Angeles.Way to go B&B!

Soapdom visited Stage 31 of CBS Television City to help the Bold and the Beautiful celebrate its 6000th episode.  "When we started this, we never even figured we'd be here ten years," said B&B executive producer, Bradley Bell in regard to the show rapidly approaching its 24th anniversary.  The Bold and the Beautiful celebrated today with a cupcake display spelling out the number 6000.  More to come. Primetime Emmy winner® Kathryn Jooston appears on The Talk on Friday, February 4, 2011 promoting tune-in to the Bold and the Beautiful's 6,000th episode that will air on Monday, February 7, 2011.  In the special 6000th episode, Joosten, along with other real life lung cancer survivors, join with Stephanie (Susan Flannery) in an intervention for Nick (Jack Wagner).  Find out more.
