Are You Going?  You May Get a Chance to Land a Walk-On Role on Your Favorite ABC Daytime Soap

Actors from All My Children, One Life to Live and General Hospital are confirmed to join Susan Lucci (Erica, All My Children) on the roster of more than 30 stars who will be attending the ninth annual ABC Super Soap Weekend. Some exciting changes are in store for this year's event, and one lucky fan will have the opportunity to land a walk-on role during the "Casting Call" event hosted by "All My Children's" Cameron Mathison (Ryan). ABC Daytime once again will partner with Colgate Total Toothpaste as its presenting sponsor of the event, which will be held November 13-14, 2004, at the Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

Joining the list from All My Children are Justin Bruening (Jamie), Rebecca Budig (Greenlee), Bobbie Eakes (Krystal), Alexa Havins (Babe), Thorsten Kaye (Zach), Michael E. Knight (Tad), Eva La Rue (Maria), Cameron Mathison (Ryan), Alicia Minshew (Kendall), Eden Riegel (Bianca), James Scott (Ethan), Jacob Young (JR) and Walt Willey (Jackson).

From One Life to Live confirmed stars include Kathy Brier (Marcie), Kamar de los Reyes (Antonio), Kassie DePaiva (Blair), Michael Easton (John), David Fumero (Christian), Renee Elise Goldsberry (Evangeline), Hillary B. Smith (Nora), Trevor St. John (Todd) and Bree Williamson (Jessica).

Completing the list, from General Hospital will be Scott Clifton (Dillon), Tyler Christopher (Nikolas), Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis), Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth), Lesli Kay (Lois), Ted King (Alcazar), Adrianne Leon (Brook Lynn), Natalia Livingston (Emily), Greg Vaughan (Lucky) and Alicia Leigh Willis (Courtney).

Throughout the weekend fans will have the opportunity to meet favorite stars from the three ABC Daytime dramas. Festivities include celebrity motorcades, autograph sessions, game shows, interviews and the chance to purchase one-of-a-kind memorabilia from each of the shows.

Soap stars will also be in the "Hot Seat" for special editions of the theme park's game show attraction, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire - Play It!" The attraction, based on the television game show, will feature daytime drama-related questions, as the audience of more than 600 plays the game along with their favorite daytime stars.

SSW 9 also features live musical performances by several cast members in the nightly Colgate Total Street Jam, which will light the night on the theme park's main stage. Prior to the Street Jam, all of the ABC Daytime stars will take a Tinseltown-style ride down the theme park's Hollywood Blvd. - accompanied by their favorite Disney 'toon pals - in the star-studded Grand Motorcade.

Some exciting changes have been made to this year's star-studded event lineup.  Check this out!

Rebecca Budig (Greenlee, AMC) and her husband, Bob Guiney (formerly of the popular ABC primetime series, The Bachelor), will take on hosting duties of the "Super Soap Talk Show."

Cameron Mathison (Ryan, AMC) will host "Casting Call"- a new aspect of the event in which a lucky fan will get the chance to win a walk-on role on their favorite ABC soap opera.

Walt Willey (Jackson, AMC) will sit in the host chair for the "Super Soap Special Edition" of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire - Play It!," while Alexa Havins (Babe, AMC) and Hillary B. Smith (Nora, OLTL) will each take turns leading the Q&A during the "Celebrity Motorcades and Conversations" along Hollywood Blvd.

The Colgate Total sponsorship includes a national sweepstakes, awarding trips to the action-packed "Super Soap Weekend."

ABC Super Soap Weekend is included with theme park admission to the Disney-MGM Studios - where guests of all ages are caught up in the glitz, glamour and excitement of show business.
