It's a sad day for soap operas, yes, with the loss of One Life to Live, but there is still much to be excited about. As one door closes, another opens and Soapdom is overjoyed to confirm that Hillary B. Smith (Nora, One Life to Live) has been cast in the role of psychiatrist, "Dr. Stacy," on The Bold and the Beautiful. Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley P. Bell announced this hot casting move today saying...
"Hillary is a formidable actress with a powerful screen presence," said Bell. "I look forward to collaborating on this new and dynamic character with her on The Bold and the Beautiful."

Singer, dancer, gameshow host and the very funny improve comedian, Wayne Brady, will guest star on the Bold and the Beautiful early this year.
B&B again takes on a major social issue. In two stand-alone episodes airing Tuesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 14, The Bold and the Beautiful adds another page to its history book of bringing social awareness to viewers. This time, B&B joins forces with United Friends of the Children (UFC) to help enlighten viewers of the plight of young adults who age out of the foster care system.
