Soap fans know Antonio Sabato Jr. as Jagger Cates on General Hospital, and General Hospital Night Shift, as well as Dante Daminano on The Bold and the Beautiful. But he got his start as a print model. We can say, beyond a shadow of doubt, that Sabato, Jr. is one former soap opera actor who at twenty some odd years later, needs no improvement!
Along with having quite an illustrious career in primetime television and feature films, Sabato, Jr. is now a big success in reality TV with his syndicated home improvement show, "Fix It & Finish It."
The good news is FIFI has been renewed for two more seasons along with its sister show "Flip My Food with Chef Jeff Henderson." Each series will have an order of 150 episodes per season for years two and three!
Wow, that's a whole lot of Sabato, Jr. hammering and nailing and improving people's lives.
From the upcoming episode airing on January 13th, the unsuspecting lucky homeowner says to her kids when she opens the front door to her surprise home decorator, "he's more handsome in person!"
And that's saying a lot!
Sabato, Jr. landed the role of Jagger Cates on General Hospital at age 20, and boy did he heat up the daytime screen. Now, at age 43, he is gorgeous as ever and Fix It, Finish It is a really fun show where he gets down in the trenches to help improve people's lives by improving their homes.
