Speaking of Y&R, Soapdom congratulates The Young and the Restless for eaching 1,130 consecutive weeks as the #1 rated daytime drama series against regular scheduled programming, according to Nielsen ratings for the week ending September 10, 2010. The streak began 21 years ago in December, 1988.
