NBC primetime debuted the pilot episode of Deception last night, January 7, 2013 at 10 PM (E/P). Along with a stellar cast, One Life to Live's own Bree Williamson (ex Jessica/Tess) has a starring role as none other than the murder victim, Vivian Bowers.
