The 6th Annual ABC Daytime/SOAPnet Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS event has been set for March 21st, 2010 in New York City. For one-night-only stars from ABC Daytime and SOAPnet will take the stage at Broadway's historic Town Hall for a night of singing, dancing, and entertainment, hosted again by Cameron Mathison (Ryan, All My Children).

That's not all, though. Look for a special musical performance from Sherri Shepherd of The View! Talent participation is subject to change -- including NEW names that might be added in the comings months.
Tickets are on sale now at www.broadwaycares.org or by calling 212-840-0770. All proceeds go to support Broadway Cares, an organization that helps to provide essential services for people with AIDS or other critical illnesses across the country.
Additionally, the producers of the event are bringing back the second installment of their "Soap-a-thon." Fans of of AMC, OLTL, and GH can register and set up their own fundraising web page to support their favorite ABC Daytime "family tree" (i.e. the Martins, the Buchanans, etc). The top fundraising fan team's coordinator will be eligible to win round trip airfare for two to New York City and VIP tickets to the Broadway Cares event. And that's not the only prize -- throughout the competition, fans will have the opportunity to win autographed photos, signed scripts, and more.
