During the eastcoast broadcast of General Hospital, tomorrow, Thursday, July 19 from 3 to 4 PM eastern (noon-1 PM Pacific), General Hospital fans will be able to tweet live in real time with Kristen Alderson (Star Manning).

And the timing couldn't be more perfect. In tomorrow's episode, it's a big night for Starr Manning at the grand reopening of the Haunted Star. Todd and Blair (Roger Howarth and Kassie DePaiva) attend together as her proud parents and Starr takes to the stage to perform (“Just Like That” written by Rie Sinclair).  Family, friends and her love of music are not the only things making the evening so special for the young woman who has recently endured so much loss.  Starr is finally ready to find love again and she and Michael (Chad Duell) proudly announce to their friends and family that they are a couple.

General Hospital, the most honored show of the 2012 Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards, celebrates its golden anniversary on April 1, 2013. Approaching 50 historic years on ABC, General Hospital is the longest running American soap opera currently in production and the longest running scripted drama currently in production on television.

Beginning Monday, September 10, General Hospital moves to its new time period of 2:00 p.m. ET /1:00 p.m. PT/CT, on the ABC Television Network. Fans will be able to catch all the intrigue and excitement of Port Charles one hour earlier.
