For some reason, Alison finds herself rummaging around in Casey's room. Not so surprising then that she comes upon something that leads to a discussion about their future. Which brings us to not one, not two, but three questions: 1) Why is she nosing around in Casey's room in the first place? 2) What does she find? 3) What will they decide about the future of their relationship as a result?
Meanwhile, the fate of Casey and Alison not with standing, it's going to be a tear-jerker of a week in Oakdale when a private burial is held for Nancy. Sniff sniff. Then, the Hughes family and those close to Nancy decide to honor her memory. Keep those hankies ready.
At the same time, the identity of Reid's mysterious patient is revealed. How will everyone react to the news? While in some romantic developments, Noah finds it hard to digest that he and Luke will remain just friends. Will he be able to cope, or could he choose to do something drastic?
