The season finale of What If, reunites Port Charles oo-stars Michael Easton and Kelly Monaco onscreen for the first time in seven years!
In the final installment of ABC Daytime's new series, "What If," "One Life To Live's" John McBain (Michael Easton) and "General Hospital's" Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) get trapped in an elevator in a burning building, where they get to know each other better than they ever thought they would. Easton and Monaco previously portrayed vampire Caleb and his human lover Olivia on the ABC Daytime drama "Port Charles" from 1997-2003. Note the reminder reference to Caleb and Livvie in the poster on the elevator wall! :o) Nice touch.
The series finale of "What If" airs the week of SEPTEMBER 1st, on ABC.com and SOAPnet.
The "What If" series answers the question, "What would happen if two characters from different soaps ran into each other and what would they say?" In the 10-part series, viewers will see well-known characters from "All My Children," "One Life to Live" and "General Hospital" interact with one another, and will be privy to their conversations. The webisodes will be derivative of the characters and their unique past, but are not related to current storyline. "One Life to Live's" executive producer, Frank Valentini, directed the series.
