Not only is Days of our Lives going full speed ahead in bringing back fan favorite characters, they are also pulling out the stops when it comes to casting intriguing new ones.
Case in point. Soap opera veteran, Ian Buchanan, who has starred in pivotal roles on All My Children, The Bold and the Beautiful, Port Charles, General Hospital, and previously did a short stint in Salem, is headed once again to Days of our Lives in the role of Ian McAllister...
According to today's exclusive TV Guide blurb, McAllister is a "mega-rich businessman with a powerful and dangerous hold over cosmetics mogul, Madison James (Sarah Joy Brown)."
Oh yes. The plot will thicken. Madison is a very strong business woman. What does Ian McAllister have over her that would cause her to cow tow to him?
We will have to wait a few months to find out. Buchanan begins taping at Days on November 14, 2011, but will not begin airing until early February.
