Much ado about much this week in Port Charles -- like all the family members who converge upon the hospital to support Sonny and Brenda. Is their presence appreciated? Then, as Sonny and Brenda deal with their situation, Dante is warned not to compromise his badge by working with the mob. What will Dante choose to do? One thing is certain. Before mid week, Dante and Ronnie bust in on the mob shipment. Looks like Dante has made his choice. Or has he?

Meanwhile, there is nothing worse than a woman scorned. This week, Carly enlists Luke and Ethan to blackmail Jax. Does Jax have a chance against his formidable once beloved?

At the same time, Liz is having a bad week. First she walks in on Nik and Brook Lynn about to do the deed. Whoopsie. Talk about caught with pants down. Next, Liz learns that the paternity results for Aiden arrive at the end of the week. We gotta believe that news could send a bit of anxiousness Liz's way. Finally, and to add even more salt to the wounds, Lucky tells Liz of his plans to marry Siobhan. This last juicy tidbit sends Liz over the edge and she heads smack into a downward spiral. Is it a physical or mental collapse, or both?
