Silas admits the truth

Did you all notice the way Nina said she will never leave Sylas? Yeah, she’s a mess alright. Nina won’t give up on her marriage, even if it kills her. I think Nina’s got some secrets. What if it was Nina who hit Patrick’s car? Think about it – she could have been out trying to keep tabs on Sylas and Sam. Who’s to say Nina is really so weak and frail? For all we know (like Heather), Nina could have left her hospital bed regularly without anyone noticing. Ok, so that may be a bit extreme, but I don’t trust Nina.

I didn’t think Nina seemed so shocked when Silas admitted he was in a relationship with Sam. I would have expected Nina to fall apart. So I’m sticking with my theory – Nina knew about Sam long before now. She’s simply pretending to be this weak and fragile being. Nina manipulated the situation with Sylas – in five minutes, she was staying put, regardless of the state of their marriage. This woman may be nuts, but she’s very smart. Nina knows how to get what she wants. And this is only the beginning.

Ok, so I have a new theory – it was Rafe who ran Patrick off the road. It makes perfect sense. Rafe was way too shocked about the baby’s death. He’s got a major guilty conscience. Why else would Rage be so concerned with the baby?

Ric is in one horrible situation. He’s innocent, and Anna knows it. So now Ric has to ‘stay dead’ until Julian’s boss is revealed. That could take a long time, for all we know. And in the meantime, Elizabeth will grieve. Molly will again be without her father.

I wonder if Ava is right. If Morgan knew what Ava did to Connie, would he forgive her actions? Morgan is pretty blind when it comes to Ava. I think Morgan will forgive pretty much anything when it comes to Ava. All Ava will have to do is commit herself completely to Morgan. I guarantee, Morgan will be sucked back in by Ava.

In actor news, Maurice Benard (Sonny) will be featured on an upcoming episode of Oprah Winfrey’s ‘Where are they now.’ So far, all we know is the show will air this summer. Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed, word is that Billy Miller (ex Billy, “Y&R”) could be joining the “GH” cast. Some are guessing Miller will play the recast Jason Morgan previously played by Steve Burton. Finally, comedian Kathy Griffin has been named as the host of this year’s Daytime Emmy Awards.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads of Port Charles and especially to the actors who portray them. And to my own father, Jack Bedigian, who has been gone many years. I miss him every day. He is the reason I started watching “General Hospital” way back in 1978.
