It's the start of the 2017 Awards Season.
This morning at oh dark hundred (actually about 4:00 AM Los Angeles time,) the 2017 Gloden Globe Awards nominations were announced in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton Hotel by former Golden Globe winners Don Cheedle and Laura Dern and nominee Anna Kendrick.
The 74th Gloden Globes will air live on both the east and west coasts, Sunday, January 8, 2017 on NBC. The awards are voted on by the Hollywood Foreign Press Associatlon. The broadcast will be hosted this year by Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon.
