The mushrooms begin to take effect on the people of Harmony.
Pilar stops Theresa from taking a bite of the mushrooms and reminds her that she has to go on living and take care of her children. Luis sees Pilar having a seizure and tries to help her but she dies in his arms.
Esme begs Tabby to save the innocent people, but Tabitha refuses. Endora realizes that Julian is at the church. We realize that if Tabitha goes into the church, she will lose her powers.
