Soapdom first reported in our Suds Buzz column last week that on November 2nd and 3rd some of daytime’s most irresistible hunks were to come out to benefit Florida’s Hurricane Relief Fund by being photographed for the Hottest Hunks of Daytime Calendar, 2005. Mark Collier (Mike, ATWT), Greg Vaughn (Lucky, GH), and Justin Hartley (Fox, Passions), were just a few of the stunning men that were scheduled to pose frame-by-frame to benefit the fund.
We didn’t see Greg Vaughan (Lucky, GH) or Justin Hartley (Fox, Passions), but we did catch Mark Collier (Mike, ATWT), along with Bailey Chase (Chris, ATWT), Scott Bailey (Sandy, GL), Aiden Turner (Aidan, AMC), Gavin Houstin (Remy) and John Driscoll (Coop, GL) as they posed for the calendar.
The shoot went from 1-7 PM on Tuesday, November 2nd and from 9 AM – 1 PM on Wednesday, November 3rd -- approximately. Everyone met up at 52nd Street between Second and Third Avenues in New York City for the shoot, then headed out to the various parts of town to be photographed.
Sue Coflin, who photographed for Soapdom the actors getting photographed for the calendar, gives us the Inside the Bubble™ scoop. According to Sue --
“The photos were taken in New York City in different locations. Mark Collier (Mike, ATWT) was shot on the east side, near the East River. Bailey Chase (Chris, ATWT) was also photographed on the east side. John Driscoll’s (Coop,GL) photos were taken in Central Park near the west side. Aiden Turner (Aidan AMC) was also photographed in Central Park, but near the Plaza Hotel. He wanted his photos to look like Anytown, USA so that many could identify with it. The photos of Gavin Houston (Remy) were also shot in another section of Central Park. Scott Bailey's (Sandy, GL) photos were taken on a rooftop on the Westside in the 50's. The days were nice fall days as you can see by John Driscoll's photos. He may be (the calendar selection for “October,” but I am not sure!”
