Silas learns the truth about Nina – the hard way
Michael Easton (Silas, GH)I can't say I'm surprised that Silas figured Nina out, finally. And with that knowledge came the wrath of Nina – as well as a bump on the head for Silas. It was only a matter of time before Nina blew her fuse – or what was left of it.
It was kind of interesting to watch as Nina admitted all that she did to get payback on her 'list' of enemies. I'm thinking that infamous list got longer since Travis gave Nina up to Silas. That man best pack his bags and disappear while he can.
Michelle Stafford is unbelievable (or maybe I should say she's very believable) as the crazy Nina Clay. Stafford makes the character quite chilling. We really do believe that Nina will commit murder to get her revenge. Especially when it comes to her mother.
That being said, why didn't Madeline ask who was at the door before she opened it? Seriously? Madeline has a mentally unstable daughter who doesn't much care for her. That daughter lives in close proximity to Nathan. Doesn't it seem logical that Nina would come by to see Nathan? It was like something out of a horror film. I found myself yelling as Madeline went toward the door. At least ask who is there before you throw up the door. Come on Madeline, you're smarter than that.
I really would like to see a happy ending for Jason and Elizabeth. And it was so close. Just when Dante was on the verge of learning the truth, Helena interfered yet again. She just can't leave things alone. It seems like on some level, Elizabeth recognizes "Jake" as Jason. She just isn't putting all the puzzle pieces together. Why doesn't she recognize Jason's voice or the touch of his hand yet? I know that will happen in time. And in spite of Helena, I do believe Jason will find his way back.
But, I did so enjoy seeing Jerry again. As always, Jerry brings humor and sarcasm to a new level. If there's a crazy plan in motion, it generally involves Jerry. And I couldn't be happier. I do hope Jerry sticks around for a good amount of time. It's doubtful that he will return to Port Charles. But wouldn't it be fun to see Jerry interact with Carly again? Not to mention Jerry sparring with Franco.
As for Franco, what does he have planned for his wedding day? I think Franco will somehow get Heather to the wedding. Once that happens, it's anyone's guess what Heather will do to Carly. If (and when) Heather goes after Carly, Franco's hands will be clean. Not a bad plan. The only snag in the plan could likely come from Sonny and his plan to frame Heather for Franco's murder.
Any way you slice it, Halloween will be an interesting and very scary day. But will wedding bells ring?
In actor news, Antonio Sabato, Jr will dance in the upcoming sixth week of "Dancing with the Stars." The reality series airs Monday nights on ABC.
