David stops Dixie just before she gets to confront Leslie. Meantime, Liza and Adam are forced to postpone their wedding plans once again. Later, Leo arrives to find Greenlee nervously awaiting a mystery guest. However, Leo soon learns that Greenlee's guest is none other than her father, Roger Smythe. As Greenlee quietly allows her father to brutally rake her over the coals, Leo emerges and challenges Roger's true feelings towards his daughter.

In the meantime, a worried Tad arrives at Leslie's hotel room demanding to know what she did with Dixie. As they argue, Dixie overhears an incriminating conversation between them where Tad and Leslie make reference to their "relationship."
