I loved the pairing of Jake and Amanda from the get go, and although I also loved Beth Ehlers and Ricky Paull Goldin as a couple on Guiding Light (heck, they won soaps most popular couple in a audience wide vote of the Daytime Emmys one year) they never really clicked for me in Pine Valley. Kudos to AMC for correcting their storytelling ways and bringing Jake and Amanda back together.

Hopefully, GH, Y&R and OLTL will get a hint. - QueenRuler
