Lauren rushes to finish the preparations for a spa bridal shower for Phyllis. Speaking of Phyllis, she meets with Gina to go over the menu one last time and is nervous when Nick doesn’t show up. Noah is at Sharon’s and very angry at Nick and Phyllis because he would rather go to his best friend's birthday party instead of the rehearsal. Lauren encourages Phyllis to relax when she arrives, but Phyllis has doubts that there will be a wedding. A smile is brought to her face when Michael takes off his tie and unbuttons his shirt dancing around pretending to be a male stripper.
At the office. Nick tries again to convince Victoria to leave Brad. Nick confides to Victoria that Phyllis knew and had been blackmailing Brad. Victoria now knows exactly how far Brad was willing to go to keep his secret from her. Nikki has arrived and waits for Victoria with Phyllis whose nerves are easing. Victoria rings the bell and Phyllis answers “You knew Brad slept with Sharon.” All of Phyllis’ anxieties return when Nikki sides with her daughter and they yell insults at Phyllis warning her when they get through with her she won’t even be to hold on to the Newman name.
Nikki returns to Newman and tells Victor about Brad and Sharon but keeps the blackmailing to herself for later use. She later meets Victoria to tell her Victor knows and goes into her plans for the short and long term future. While Victor’s wife and daughter are lunching at the Athletic Club, Victor approaches Brad in the break room and punches him in the face. They exchange words but Victor has the final say. Brad rushes to Victoria looking for sympathy with a soda can held to his face to keep the bruising down. Armed with the full story, now Victoria feels even more betrayed because Brad allowed himself to be blackmailed rather than come clean. Victoria insinuates NOW the marriage is over.
Phyllis, Lauren, and Michael arrive at the church to see no one has arrived. Phyllis is convinced no one will show up and there won’t be a wedding. Sharon calls Nick asking for his help with handling Noah. Nick asks Jack to tag along to help him. Nick comes to a compromise with Noah. Michael and Lauren try to locate the minister. Nick and Noah arrive. Even at the sight of Nick with Noah in tow Phyllis still doesn’t breathe a sigh of relief. Nick has agreed to show Noah briefly what is required of him and then take Noah to the birthday party. Nikki, Victor, and Victoria arrive. Victoria has a very foul attitude making snide comments hoping the wedding doesn’t take place. Lauren and Michael discover the minister has thrown out his back and is at the chiropractor’s. Phyllis panics thinking everything is a sign.
Adrian makes some calls about the job offer that was revoked and learns the position hasn’t been filled which rises even more questions. After thinking about the impact his recent actions and lies have made on the people he loves the most, Brad calls the museum in Paris and asks his contact to phone him back as soon as possible.
David Chow is upset to learn Jack has married Sharon but Jack defends the marriage and refuses to hide it. David goes to Sharon’s to speak with her about keeping the marriage quiet. Jack returns home and finds them talking intently. Jack asks David to leave.
