I really don't understand the writers of soaps these days. They have gone way over writing their characters as "flawed" to "disaster." It's not just this soap either. The writers are taking the flaws of our loved characters and turning them into people we don't believe in anymore, love, or even care about. I've always loved the character of Carly with flaws and all; but, she would have never put family and friends through this "dying ordeal" in the past. This has gone beyond being selfish.
