Victor is arrested and the news spreads like wildfire through Genoa City. Jill overhears of the arrest as she is passing by Lauren’s table who is discussing the juicy gossip. Jill is stunned. She and Katherine soon join Lauren for lunch. Later they make their way to the ranch to confront the long time family friend and business colleague.

Michael hurries to the jail to pay the bond for his high profile client. Nikki is stunned and emotionally disturbed by the breaking news of Victor’s arrest. Despite their recent problems, Nikki hurries to the ranch after Victor is released on bail. Nick is with his mother to support Victor who turns away from their concern and affection. Without a word about his destination, Victor walks out of the house leaving his wife and son with many unanswered questions.

Sharon is saddened by the news of Victor’s arrest and her husband’s joy over the news.

Jeffrey is moving in, and moving in fast, on Gloria. The pressure to marry him is mounting. Jeffrey has also been keeping close tabs on the fortune that he intends on making his own. Jeffrey warns his bride-to-be that he is aware of the transfer of funds and lavish spending on jewelry she has been doing since he began blackmailing her.

Jeffrey insists on hosting an engagement dinner tomorrow night to officially announce their plans to marry. Gloria turns to Kevin for help, but this time there may not be a way out for Glo. Has she finally met her match, or will they fall in love between trying to trample over each other?

Devon isn’t the only one who sees Lily drifting farther into depression over her feelings for Cane that he will not act on.  Roxy, Devon’s girlfriend, upsets Lily by bringing up Cane. Cane isn’t handling his decision to only be friends with Lily as well as he had hoped.
