{mosimage}Nikki and Victor have wised up. They share a conversation regarding whether the argument between Jack and Ji Min was real or staged. They conclude that possibly this new war over the use of Sharon's pictures for the ad campaign is just a scheme.

Speaking of Jack, he and Ji Min argue yet again over the photos. This time their disagreement is for the benefit of Jill. Jack even goes so far as to threaten to take Ji Min to court if he uses the pix. Shortly thereafter, Jack encounters Victor and complains about Ji Min ruining all of John Abbott's work. Jack and Jill meet with Ji Min later and Jack wants to clarify things since their argument earlier. But when Ji Min still wants to use Sharon in the tie-in, Jack pulls the plug and says N.V.P. will only use Newman product.

While on the other side of Genoa City, William turns over all the evidence pertaining to Devon's case to Michael and Paul. Michael is quick to notice that most of the evidence is circumstantial. Later, Michael and Paul review the tape of Devon at Carmen's door. It's then that they see Brad in the frame and wonder what he was doing there. Brad's appearance on the tape naturally makes them ask for all evidence relating to Brad. Later, Devon explains to Michael that his DNA was found under Carmen's fingernails because they bumped into each other in the elevator. He then says that after seeing all the facts, if he were the jury, even he would convict himself.

Meantime, Paul meets with Brad, who finally admits to Carmen having overheard information about his past and he wanted to make sure what she knew. He doesn't want Paul to tell Michael because everything could unravel. Paul says he needs to say something in order to save Devon.

At the same time, Korbel discusses art with Rebecca as Colleen enters. After Rebecca leaves, Korbel tells Colleen how intriguing he thinks Rebecca is and he wants to set up an interview with her so he could maybe write a paper. Colleen bluntly tells him no. Colleen tells Brad about Korbel's request and Brad wonders why Korbel would want to interview Rebecca. Later on, Rebecca calls Korbel, agreeing to the interview. Brad says they now need to decide which parts of her story she will tell Korbel. Brad thinks this is a good way to find out if Korbel is who he says he is.
