Time to battle cancer. As a ready-to-fight Lily, along with Cane, prepare for her first day at chemotherapy, Neil and Devon arrive and are stunned to see Lily's head completely bald. They soon learn how Lily decided to take matters into her own hands, regardless of the cards she's been dealt.

Meanwhile, Paul is not seeing things. As Mary Jane rushes into her room, she is unaware that Paul is right behind her thinking he just saw his sister. Later, Mary Jane has an invitation for Sharon but learns that she has checked out of the club. While going to see whom the woman was that he believed was his sister, Paul realizes she is Mary Jane. Mary Jane comes face to face with Paul. When Paul goes to call the police she blurts out

that she is Patty. Later, Patty starts to sing an old childhood song to Paul and he is stunned to see his sister standing before him.

Meanwhile, Colleen comes right out and admits to Victoria that she wants JT when confronted by the photographs of her and JT kissing. Colleen throws Victoria out her house and she immediately calls JT to warn him that Victoria is on the warpath. But when JT sees that Colleen is hopeful that something could happen between them again he gently lets her down.

On the other side of Genoa City, Kevin tells Ryder that he knows when someone is lying and he is positive that Ryder is completely full of it. Meanwhile, Amber explains to Deacon that they should wait until after they are married to have sex. After Kevin leaves, Ryder calls Deacon fearing that he has blown their entire plan. Deacon divulges to Ryder their true reasons for being in Genoa City. Deacon wants to find the real Terroni, which Tom Fisher had before he died. Deacon tells Ryder to stay strong and keep playing Kevin because he has to know something about where the painting is, even unwittingly. Later, Jana is stunned when Amber shows her the engagement ring that Deacon gave her. Then, as Ryder agrees to a DNA test without hesitation, Amber fills in Jana about everything she knows about the Deacon and Ryder's connection.

Shortly thereafter, JT finds Victoria at Newman Enterprises and forces her to discuss everything that has been brewing between then over the last few weeks. JT tries to explain how he has been feeling and why the kiss happened but Victoria is immediately defensive. Not wanting to discuss it any further for the moment, Victoria leaves JT and goes to Deacon's hotel room and throws herself at him without a word. The two have passionate sex.
