Jax in Paris, Spend New Year's Eve with DOOL's Craig and more

General Hospital is really heating up the end of the summer! The show is going all out to send Ingo Rademacher off into the sunset in a very big way. We all know that Rademacher did not renew his contract and he will be leaving the show very soon to join the cast of the new Spelling primetime soap, Titans, premiering on NBC this fall.

So where will that leave Jax and Chloe? Well, when we last saw the couple, they had landed on the exotic island and Jax confided in Chloe that this was the very same place that he once attempted to bring his lost love, Brenda. It's almost as if the mere mention of Brenda's name conjures up memories for Jax. As he assures Chloe that Brenda would be happy for them, he sees someone who looks just like her! Could it possibly be Brenda? He heads off in search of this woman who reminds him so much of Brenda, but his attempts at finding her prove futile.

Later, Jax learns that this woman who so resembles his lost love has been seen in the villa garden on previous occasions. It is no surprise then, that Jax does see her again! Meanwhile, Chole learns that Jax has been searching for a beautiful woman. She asks if the woman he is looking for is Brenda. Chloe's heart sinks when Jax confirms that Brenda may indeed be alive. When Jax leaves Chloe to continue his search for Brenda, she breaks down, heartbroken.

Meanwhile, somehow Stefan is involved with this mysterious brunette, and he has a meeting with her. Then, Chloe gets embroiled in some kind of a dangerous situation, and Jax rushes away from making contact with the woman he thinks could very well be Brenda in order to save Chloe. Later, Stefan comes to the realization that Jax still has feelings for Brenda. He reveals a photograph of a woman who indeed could very well be Brenda. Later, Jax sleeps and dreams of Brenda, yet he rallies around and expresses his thanks to Chloe for loving him.

But Stefan is up to no good. He plans on using this mysterious woman to set up Jax. Unaware of Stefan's plan, Jax confides in Ned that Brenda may be alive. Then, Jax gets a gander at the photo of the woman who looks like Brenda. This must have a profound effect upon him. Mustering up all the courage she can, Chloe urges Jax to find out for sure if the woman is Brenda. She then confides in Alexis that she sent Jax off to find her.

With Chloe's blessing, Jax heads to Paris on the trail of the mysterious woman. He sees her. Is it Brenda.?

I don't know about you guys, but this one has me on the edge of my seat. Be sure to tune in to General Hospital over the next two weeks to watch this story unfold and see if Brenda is alive! For more GH scoops, check TRO's Sneak Peeks.
