The nominations for the 34th Annual NAACP Image Awards were announced late last week.  In the daytime category, the following actors were nominated:

Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series

Tracey Ross, Passions (NBC)
Tamara Tunie (ATWT), CBS
Eva La Rue, AMC (ABC)

Outstanding Actor in an Daytime Drama Series
Kristoff St. John, Y&R (CBS)
Darnell Williams, AMC (ABC)
Paul Taylor, ATWT (CBS)
Nathan Purdee, OLTL (ABC)
Peter Parros, ATWT (CBS)

The 34th NAACP Image Awards will tape on March 8, 2003 at the Universal Amphitheater in Universal City, CA and air nationally on FOX on March 13, 2002.  For a complete list of nominees visit www.naacp.org.
