Congrats to As the World Turns' Van Hansis (Luke). He just landed a guest starring role, but he didn't share on what. Here's what he posted to his Facebook: "I'm gonna be on TV again. I booked a guest star. The coolest thing though was that my parents are at my place for Thanksgiving, and were eating cheese and crackers when I got the call. Their reactions were pretty awesome."

Fans of Lauren Koslow (Kate, Days of our Lives) were disappointed that she was not able to attend the 4th Annual Day of Days on November 5th. Koslow feels bad about not being able to be there and told us why she couldn’t make it this year. “I’ve made most of them,” she shared. “But this year, I had a prior commitment booked a long time in advance.” She also shared that she’d love to see the annual Days Fan Luncheon happen again. “I’d love something in between (the annual Day of Days), like the Fan Luncheon,” she said. “I am working hard to get that going again. The Fan Luncheon really is a lovely, lovely day. Maybe that will happen. I am working on it.”

Days of our Lives' Christie Clark (Carrie) is loving being back in Salem. She recently shared her favorite all time storyline with Soapdom. "It has to be the boxing story with Austin back in 1992-1993,” she said. “When I didn’t want him to box, but he loved it so passionately.” Yup. Nothing like a little conflict to make a young couple’s relationship go through the paces. One thing’s for sure. We are delighted Clark and Austin (Patrick Muldoon) are again taking up residence in Salem, and wouldn’t you know it? They are on two sides of an issue again now. This time, the stakes are even higher. Could this story become Clark’s future favorite? What’s yours? Log in and tell us in comments below or on the Soapdom Message boards.

Soapdom has just learned that As the World Turns, Michael Park (ex Jack) will be performing in the Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC as part of the cast of How to Succeed in Business, the Broadway play he has been starring in with Daniel Radcliffe and John Larroquette. Both Larroquette and Radcliffe have announced that they are leaving the production in January. Park has said that he was committed until next year and also has some other irons in the fire, but is keeping us guessing as to what they are. If you are headed east for the holidays, or live in the NY metro area and are a fan of Park's, be sure to catch him in this show. Otherwise, tune in Thanksgiving Day on NBC and set those DVRs for Park's return to the parade and this time, he'll be in it -- instead of on the sidelines. (Contributed by CL)
