{mosimage}DTV #102----Gwen warns Pilar against revealing the truth to Ethan. At the same time, Little Ethan is suspicious of his new nanny, “Gertrude.” While on the other side of Harmony, Julian has wild dreams while in the hospital. As if that weren't enough...

Vincent drags a drunk and drugged Eve to the hospital, telling her she must perform the reconstructive surgery on Julian, though Eve knows she’s in no shape to even try. Esme hopes for the best for her lover while Viki plots to finish him off for good.

A determined Pilar is ready to tell Ethan the truth about being Little Ethan’s true father, but Gwen will have none of it. She tells Pilar that the moment Pilar lets anything out, Gwen will be on the phone to Juanita and the entire Lopez-Fitzgerald family will be wiped out.

After a scare about references, a disguised Theresa gets the job as the new Crane nanny. Ivy and Rebecca are certain the homely woman will be no distraction at all for Ethan while Theresa smiles that her plan so far is working perfectly.

Soapers ~ a movement, a philosophy, a new book

When ABC announced the cancellation of long time fan favorite soap operas All My Children and One Life to Live in the spring of 2011, all havoc broke loose. Passionate fans took to the internet, boycotted ABC's advertisers, called for the firing of then ABC Daytime head, Brian Frons (who spearheaded the cancellations), picketed the studio, did anything and everything they possibly could to let the network know just how unhappy they were with the network's decision to dump their continuing stories for the more cost efficient lifestyle and talk shows that were to replace the soaps.

One such loyal fan, Flo DiBona, has chronicled the events of this tumultuous time in her new book, Soapers.
