Blair thinks she's finally found "the one," but little does she know Eli's not as sweet as he seems. Her family members, however, are on to his shadiness. Jack doesn't trust Eli and does his best to stop his mom's upcoming nuptials to him. Then there's Kelly, who tells Blair she thinks Eli's a murderer. Of course, Blair thinks Kelly is just jealous of her relationship. Wonder how that crow will taste when the truth comes out.

Meanwhile, Eli continues to twirl his mustache and wreak havoc on the citizens of Llanview—namely Hannah, whom he forces to swallow a bottle of pills. At the same time, Cole is worried about his crazy friend's well being. After Hannah overdoses, will he be able to save her in time?

In other happenings, Natalie's stuck between a rock and a hard place regarding her pregnancy dilemma and ponders a hard decision. Will she tell John she's got a bun in the oven, and more importantly, that it might not be his? Also, Todd's proposed to Tea and she accepted, but will they finally get married?
