Lindsay Korman Hartley ( c)Soapdom/LMSSoapdom has learned that Lindsay Hartley has filed for divorce from her husband, Justin Hartley, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for her decision.

In 1999, Lindsay Korman Hartley was a young, gorgeous starlet when she started on NBC's "Passions," the soap opera that suspended belief with its doll turned little boy, 300-year old witch, and Lindsay, who played Theresa, a love-lorned girl pining away for the town's handsome rich boy, who of course, had a rich girlfriend. 

Justin Hartley joined the cast of "Passions" in 2003 as a new love interest for Lindsay, and the two soon became romantically involved off screen as well.

Justin and Lindsay Hartley in better times. (c)Kathy HutchinsWhen "Passions" was cancelled in 2008, Lindsay soon found work on "Days of our Lives," and most recently played the role of Cara on the also cancelled "All My Children."

Justin left "Passions" in 2006 to pursue prime time gigs. After a number of guest spots, he landed a contract role on "Smallville."  He is currently in production on the feature film, "The Challenger."

Korman and Hartley were married in 2004 and have a 7-year old child. She is seeking custody.
