Soap vet Stephen Schnetzer stars in Tribes at the GuthrieSoap opera veteran, Stephen Schnetzer, has been in almost every daytime drama! Fans know him best as Cass Winthrop ("Another World," "As the World Turns" and "Guiding Light), Marcello Salta on "One Life to Live" and Steven Olson on "Days of our Lives."

In addition to other television and theater work, Stephen is also an accomplished voiceover actor who has voiced commercials for Aleve, Roc facial, Buitoni, Mercedes Benz, Lipitor and Nasonex to name a few.

Starting October 5 and running through November 10, 2013, Schnetzer is starring in the role of Christopher in the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis' production of "Tribes." Written by Nina Raine and directed by Wendy C. Goldberg, "Tribes tells the story of Billy, a young man born deaf and raised in a loud, opinionated family. His parents and siblings never bothered to learn sign language, requiring him to adapt to the hearing world. When he meets Sylvia, a young woman from a Deaf family who introduces him to Deaf culture, Billy suddenly feels confidence and a sense of belonging to a "tribe" he's never known before. Winner of the 2012 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play, Tribes is a biting yet poignant new drama about love, family and finding one's voice.

Behind the Scenes Days of our Lives: Wardrobe

As Costume Designer for Days of our Lives, Richard Bloore knows how to make the stars sparkle and shine. A veteran of the business, he has been with the show for 18 years, after a brief time away (Unfortunately, he got the ax at one point.  Canned. Fired. Oh no!), he is now back at the helm.

"I was!" he admitted laughing when the subject of his being fired came up. "But I'm glad to be back and really enjoy what I do," Bloore said. "I have started in this business many years ago and still find it a joy to be working."

Bloore's career began out of college by answering an ad in The Times newspaper. A designer was looking for help and he applied with his portfolio.
