"This event will help commemorate the shows' success and impact on daytime television, while rewarding fans with the opportunity to own a piece of their favorite show."

“After the great success of the ‘Passions’ two-day public estate sale in April and the industrial auction in early May, we are thrilled to once again partner with Universal Media Studios," added Dan Levin, Vice President of Marketing for Premiere Props, “and to offer devoted ‘Passions’ fans one last opportunity to own a piece of the show, and bid it a fond farewell.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Universal Media Studios and Premiere Props for the last ‘Passions’ auction,” said Susan Severance, Publisher for Soap Opera Digest and Soap Opera Weekly. “Soap Opera collectors will be amazed with the unique ‘Passions’ items that will be up for bid.”

This marks the third collaboration between Universal Media Studios and Premiere Props. Behind the Scenes Days of our Lives: Wardrobe

As Costume Designer for Days of our Lives, Richard Bloore knows how to make the stars sparkle and shine. A veteran of the business, he has been with the show for 18 years, after a brief time away (Unfortunately, he got the ax at one point.  Canned. Fired. Oh no!), he is now back at the helm.

"I was!" he admitted laughing when the subject of his being fired came up. "But I'm glad to be back and really enjoy what I do," Bloore said. "I have started in this business many years ago and still find it a joy to be working."

Bloore's career began out of college by answering an ad in The Times newspaper. A designer was looking for help and he applied with his portfolio.
