In Media Group and Los Angeles-based Jason Coleman, Inc., a producer of exclusive group cruises, have partnered to offer "Farewell to Harmony; The Bon Voyage Fan Cruise" for loyal viewers of the daytime drama, Passions. It's a five day, jam packed vacation scheduled to depart from San Diego, California on April 1, 2008, and will feature visits to the Mexican ports of Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas. The one-of-a-kind voyage will be a bittersweet opportunity for fans to say goodbye to Passions. The over-the-top bewiching soap opera is scheduled to wrap taping on March 28 (with new episodes continuing to air on DirecTV through summer 2008). The cruise will be headlined by Eric Martsolf (Ethan Winthrop) and co-hosted by popular castmembers Eva Tamargo (Pilar Fitzgerald-Lopez), Colton Shires (little Ethan Crane) and other Passions cast members to be announced soon!

Martsolf couldn't be more delighted to embark on this sea vacation. "I am excited to co-host the Passions fan cruise and look forward to the events we have planned for our guests," he said.  "Our fans have stood by us through the ups and downs over the last year, and this cruise is a great way for us to personally thank them. Rumor is I’ll even entertain with an intimate concert exclusively for this group of fans."

Co-host Eva Tamargo (Pilar) said that Passions fans deserve the opportunity to give it a beautiful kiss goodbye at sea, "...in honor of the loyalty the fans have shown us for nine wonderful years," said Eva. You were there at the beginning, let’s be there together as we bid farewell!"

Private activities during the cruise will include a variety show, Q&A session with the stars, several opportunities to meet and interact with the hosts, cocktail parties, Harmony Prom and even a few surprise events!

"I promise it will be an experience you’ll never forget," Tarmargo continued!

Days of our Lives' Brendan Michael Coughlin enjoys playing Tad and being a new dad

When asked what it is like to play Tad on Days of our Lives, Brendan Michael Coughlin shouts exuberantly, "I love him!"

Coughlin has been playing the so-called behind the scenes instigator for the last two years. He has no family that is ever mentioned on the show, but he is there. He came on as Will's (Guy Wilson) best friend, but when it became clear that Will was gay, Tad did everything but bash and degrade and mock him. The irony? At the recent wedding of Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith), he was best man. Go figure!

"I know. It has been a wild ride. I did a whole turn around, and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed doing the wedding. I really enjoy playing this guy. He is a total goof-off. He means well, but is always on the wrong side of the rope." Coughlin said. "I have grown to love him. He is comic relief. I always had dramatic roles, so this is fun."
