What’s in store for your show this holiday?  Regardless. Let's team up for the Soapdom Soap Bowl!

Happy Holidays from Soapdom.comWith the holidays come a number of pre-emptions of your favorite soaps.  Usually, it’s to showcase some football bowl game or other -- The Sugar Bowl, the Fiesta Bowl, the Rose Bowl -- the list goes on.

Don’t you think it would be fun to host the “Soap Bowl” at Soapdom?  Let’s do it!  Let’s cast some of our favorite soap characters in the opposing teams.  You may not have any soaps to watch this holiday, but why not have a little fun with creating an all-star soap team of our own.

I’ll start.  We have two teams.  The Sudzers and the Evil Twins.   I’ll choose the quarterbacks. Cane from Young and the Restless is the quarterback for the Sudzers.  Why?   Cos I’d accept a pass from him anytime!   Aidan from All My Children is the quarterback for the Evil Twins just cos he looks like the kind of guy that could take the team to a major win.

Now your turn. Build the team out below in the comments section.  Who’s a tight end?  Who’s a defensive back?  Be creative and have fun. I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Meantime, here’s what’s airing and what’s not this holiday.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all!
