AMC's prime diva hits prime time for charity on Celebrity Jeopardy

 

Susan Lucci (Erica, AMC)AMC's Susan Lucci (Erica), along with Martin Short, Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling and CNN host Nancy Grace are among the celebs slated to compete on "Celebrity Jeopardy!" this fall. The two-week competition, with winnings going to charity, will be taped at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on October 5, 7 and 8, and is scheduled for broadcast beginning November 8th.

Other stars slated for these special celebrity Jeopardy shows are Regis Philbin, Rachael Ray, James Denton, Doug Savant, Christopher Meloni, Drew Lachey, Carson Kressley, Neil Patrick Harris, Jane Kaczmarek, Joely Fischer, Dana Delany, Mario Cantone, Steve Schirripa, Bebe Neuwirth, Paul Shaffer, Sam Waterston, Soledad O'Brien of CNN and fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi. 

"I'm looking forward to these special weeks of shows, not only because of the fun celebrity element but also because so many good causes will benefit from the stars' participation," said Jeopardy host Alex Trebek. "These celebrities are not afraid to go out on a limb, take a risk and still have a good time."

Each celebrity will earn a guaranteed $25,000 for the charity of his or her choice. Plus, the winner of each show gets a $50,000 charitable pay-off.  Will LaLuch walk off with the spoils?  Tune in to Jeopardy in November to find out!
