May's the month that sets primetime's fate. For those of us who work in the entertainment industry, we approach the month of May with both joy and trepidation. It could mean that our show (or the one we work on) is getting picked up. Or, it could mean that we find out our show has been cancelled. I know a number of people who are now out of work thanks to network cancellations. The good news is that there are a fair amount of new shows that have been picked up to replace those cancelled. Hopefully, a fair amount of these will be shot in Los Angeles, to keep our entertainment professionals employed.
Read on to find out what's been officially cancelled, what's still on the bubble and what new shows are picked up.
