From Days of our Lives to Lowd Suga' Jewelry, Zucker signs on as Soapdom.com's Look Like a Soap Star fashion columnist

Arianne Zucker (ex Nicole, Days of our Lives))Recognizable to many from her eight-year stint as Nicole Kiriakis on NBC’s “Days of Our Lives,” Arianne Zucker is now also gaining notoriety for her growing jewelry line, Lowd Suga’.

A Southern California native, Zucker was discovered at age 15 and began modeling until she landed her role on “Days of Our Lives.”  She left the soap in 2006 and continued her acting career – most recently appearing on “CSI: Miami” and in the upcoming feature, “The Last Resort.”

In 2006, Zucker launched Lowd Suga’ boutique jewelry design with long-time friend Heidi Mages. Inspired by the casual, chic LA lifestyle, the bracelets, earrings and necklaces made for friends and family grew into an online boutique at www.lowdsuga.com featuring a variety of original designs for men and women and on into select retail boutiques across the country.  In addition to her contributions to design, construction and marketing of the line, Zucker also serves as the face of Lowd Suga’.

Zucker began contributing her fashion tips to Soapdom.com's Look Like a Soap Star column in December 2007 and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, actor and vocalist Kyle Lowder (Rick, The Bold and the Beautiful) and their four dogs.

All My Children's Walt Willey opens up about being a stand up comic

All My Children may be off the air, but one of it’s most, charming, debonair, drop dead gorgeous, and hilariously funny stars, none other than Walt Willey (Jackson Montgomery), is out on the road again doing his stand up comedy act.  On Sunday, May 18, Willey hits the Detroit area, starring for one night at Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, MI.

Soapdom’s Laurie Bedigian caught up with Willey over the weekend via email and asked a few questions about his comedic roots, his love of acting, his comedy heroes and more.  Plus, he shares a bit about what the audience can expect on show night.  All I can say is the subject of sex may be involved.  Say what?  I’ll let Willey clear that one up for you.  LOL
