Dinah hears a pop, and the lights go out. Cassie is alone in another hallway, lost in the dark. Edmund realizes that the locks are electric and he’s free from his room. Dinah puts out the fire, and finds Mallet in her room. He hoists her over his shoulder and carries her out. Cassie screams as she runs right into Edmund. Josh and Jeffrey share a tense moment over Cassie and Reva, but remember they are here for the same reason. Marina tackles Lizzie by mistake, and later thinks she’s a patient.
Cassie is surprised to see Will but even more surprised when he runs into Edmund’s arms and says he was scared after he left Edmund’s room. Edmund admits that Will would come to him for guidance since Alonzo was always so busy. Cassie and Alonzo butt heads, when the power goes and there is a burst of sparks. Mallet and Dinah share a close moment—until Dinah asks Mallet if he can get her out of the clinic. Josh and Jeffrey find Edmund standing over Alonzo’s lifeless body. Crazy Del closes in on Cassie, voicing his threats against the royals, as Edmund pleads his innocence. Edmund comes to Cassie’s rescue and Del admits he’s the one who hurt Alonzo. Later, we learn that Lizzie snuck Dinah out. Will learns that Alonzo is dead and that he’ll be going home with Cassie. They tell him Edmund can’t come, but Edmund secretly tells him he’ll be visiting soon.
