It's a test and Jason is the one Sonny asks to make sure it's carried out correctly. But we are getting ahead of ourselves. It stars with Sonny ordering Dominic to kill Tommy Soto, the man Dominic named as the traitor in the organization. Dominic takes Tommy to an isolated location as instructed, but unwilling to commit cold-blooded murder, pulls out his badge instead of his gun. He offers Tommy witness protection if he turns states evidence. Tommy thinks Dominic is gone off the deep end. At the same time, Sam offers to help Jason uncover proof that Claudia was involved in Michael's shooting. Sam wonders if the police have any personal effects of Ian Devlin that could connect him to Claudia. Speaking of Claudia, she puts the screws to Olivia, threatening to tell Sonny that Dominic is his son unless she ends things with Johnny immediately. Robin points out all the reasons why Nikolas can never be with Elizabeth after he opens up about his feelings for her. Lucky comes dangerously close to reading the letter Elizabeth left for Nikolas. Sonny tells Claudia he's changed his mind about having another child but assures he'd welcome another baby if she's already pregnant. After taking a pregnancy test that comes out negative, Claudia puts the moves on Dominic. Having no choice but to give in to Claudia's blackmail, Olivia breaks up with Johnny by claiming she's still in love with Sonny. A distraught Olivia tells Jax it's time she fought back and told Jason what she knows about Claudia's role in Michael's shooting. Johnny accuses Claudia of having done something to Olivia. Dominic manages to make it look as though Tommy knocked him out and escaped but not before extracting Tommy's promise that he'll work with the authorities.
Meanwhile, Carly thinks she's come up with the perfect name for her unborn daughter as Michael has another memory of Claudia. Shortly thereafter, Michael loses his temper when he overhears Carly and Kristina talking about him.
It's then back to Claudia who denies Johnny's accusation that she somehow forced Olivia to break up with him. A manipulative Claudia is privately pleased when Dominic jumps to her defense. After making a blatant play for Dominic, Claudia tells Olivia to book her a suite at the Metro Court under an assumed name. Dominic is told he needs to wear a wire in order to get the goods on Sonny. Johnny makes another appeal for Olivia not to end things between them but she sends him away.
Jason and Sam enlist Spinelli's help in proving Claudia's guilt. Sam, Jason and Spinelli discover that the police found a pocket tape recorder on Ian Devlin's body and wonder if it holds the key to learning the truth about Claudia. Michael flies into a rage when Kiefer comes to pick up Kristina and Molly and begins pummeling him. Jax and Carly urge Michael not to try and block his memories. Nikolas comes to Luke, Lulu and Ethan's rescue in Greece. A terrified Helena warns Nikolas that Valentin Cassadine will be coming after all of them.
While wearing a wire, Dominic gets summoned to the honeymoon suite at the Metro Court by a seductive Claudia, who's determined to sleep with him right then and there. Sonny confronts Olivia after learning about her break-up with Johnny.
Even though Sam thinks Kristina is too young to become sexually active, she takes her to the health clinic to get birth control pills. Carly's blood boils when she overhears Alexis telling Michael she doesn't want him spending time with Molly and Kristina because of his rage issues. Patrick connects with Louise, the friend of an old flame. Patrick and Louise head off to karaoke night at Jake's together after Robin gets waylaid by work.
Meanwhile, Claudia reveals to Dominic she knows he's Olivia's son in an effort to blackmail him into sleeping with her. Determined to bust Sonny no matter what, Dominic resigns from the police force after Ronnie informs him he's been taken off the case. Sonny spots Claudia coming off the elevator from the upstairs hotel rooms at the Metro Court. Lucky catches Sam when she and Jason break into the police evidence warehouse looking for Ian Devlin's personal effects. Finally, Robin's attempt to spice up her marriage ends in disaster.
