Both Elizabeth and Jason are in mourning following the loss of Emily at The Black And White Ball and while they’ve managed to comfort one another in their hour of need, and yet, no decision has been made regarding the paternity of Jake. Although Jason would like to care for the child he helped to create, he knows how much danger he’d be placing Jake given his line of work. On the other hand, having Jake in his life would help him to cope with the loss of his sister. True to form, Jason thinks of others before himself and tells Elizabeth that he will respect whatever decision she makes about Jake. So who will she choose as the “official” father to Jake - Jason, a man for whom she loves deeply or ex-hubby Lucky whom she feels indebted to?
A new mob war gears up when Johnny decides to head his father’s business while making it clear that Trevor no longer calls the shots. Jason believes that Johnny is a relatively good guy and warns him that going against Sonny is a mistake. Will Johnny listen? It’s doubtful when you consider the rage he has stored up in him from years of being held captive in his own home after witnessing the murder of his mother at the hands of his dad, Anthony, and now watching that same cold man lie like a vegetable in a hospital for the criminally sane. Therapy is a must.
Speaking of Sonny, he is facing a different kind of threat when he and Kate reach an impasse. Could this be the end of Skate? Elsewhere, the mystery strangler sets out to claim another victim. Who could it be? Well, let’s see… Felicia returns some time in December. Something major must have occurred for the woman to land in Port Charles after over a year of zero contact. So it’s not hard to imagine that the serial killer’s next victim is none other than Georgie!
