New partners in "crime," Carly and Spinelli hatch a new plan to bring Dante down and jeopardize his career. Meanwhile, Brook follows through on her part to destroy Dante and Lulu's relationship, going so far as to drugging him. Unfortunately for Lulu, she finds Brook and Dante in a compromising position and slaps the Bensunherst broad. Will Brook admit to it all being a ruse?

Elsewhere, it looks like "Scrubs" can't escape the wrath of a woman scorned, as Lisa comes off more and more obsessed. Patrick confronts her about her stalking behavior, but will that only make her more determined to make life miserable for the couple? Later, Robin finds her HIV medication missing. Would Lisa go to such an extreme as putting Robin's health in danger?

On the mob front, Johnny won't quit until Sonny's sleeping with the fishes and makes plans to kill him. At the same time, Jason brings the mob wars to Michael's attention and counsels him to stay out of them. Will Jason finally be able to get through to him?
