Lisa certainly is a smart stalker. She's planning every move and leaving no detail to chance. Lisa knows how to get Robin right where it hurts – Emma. She knew boiling the toy would put Robin on the defensive. She even had Patrick as an alibi – how perfect was that!! Lisa is doing a genius job at trying to make Robin look unstable.
Makes me wonder – does Lisa hate Robin more than she loves Patrick? I wonder if she staged this entire thing (the affair included) just to get back at Robin for being the one woman who snagged Drake Jr. Perhaps Lisa feels inadequate because she didn't marry Patrick? Maybe this whole thing is based in the very dangerous thing we call jealousy.
Lisa seems to be falling for Robin and Patrick's trap. Will the end of this mess bring Scrubs back together?
It's like going back in time watching Brenda and Sonny interact. They're still sexy, interesting, and exciting to watch. And there's that element of tension between them. Brenda is a bit more guarded this time around. Sonny was very open and honest with Brenda, which was unusual.
It's quite obvious that both Sonny and Brenda are older and wiser. Even Sonny realizes the mistake he made letting Brenda go. Didn't you get that impression? He seemed regretful that they didn't make it. Maybe even regretful that he didn't marry Brenda when he had the chance.
I love Vanessa's (Marcil Giovinazzo) laugh – it's infectious. She has this way of letting us know when Brenda is nervous. Funny – I don't remember the Brenda of the past being nervous. Insecure, maybe but never nervous. I think she's as in love with Sonny as she's ever been. Those kind of intense feelings don't ever go away no matter how much time passes.
Sonny needs to be validated, don't you think? He needs to feel loved and treasured. He craves love and affection. Devotion too. This man is so cold, tough and strong, yet so sensitive and insecure. Sonny needs the love of a loving, devoted and honest woman. Is Brenda that woman?
