Jason Thompson (Patrick, General Hospital)Patrick learns the truth

So we all saw it coming, right? Patrick finally learned he’s not the father of Britt’s baby. But who is? I’m not sure I believe it’s Brad. Why would either of them agree to that? It doesn’t make any sense.

Here’s my theory – Britt’s mom somehow got Jerry to agree to father the child. After all, Jerry would love to put the screws to Patrick. And I can’t think of a better way. Also, Jerry most likely owed Dr. Evil a favor. If Luke’s theory is correct, Jerry’s only hope to survive his illness was Britt’s mom. And I believe Jerry is very much alive thanks to that crazy doctor.

Do we really believe that AJ killed Connie? I don’t. AJ was drunk and stupid but I don’t buy him as the killer. It could have been any number of people from Connie’s past. Or maybe it was Julian. Maybe Julian figured out that Connie realized his real identity. For all we know, AJ blacked out long before Connie was killed.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Michael has grown into such a fine young man. His devotion to both Sonny and AJ is pretty impressive. Neither of them are worthy of Michael’s love and respect. Yet Michael would put his life on the line for both of them. I don’t think Sonny or AJ realize the extent of Michael’s devotion to them.

Morgan on the other hand has turned into a conniving, liar. The kid will say or do anything to get what he wants. Seriously – he manipulated Kiki so she would marry him. I know what you’re thinking and I agree. Morgan is just like his mother. We all know that Carly will go to any length to get what she wants. The ironic part is Carly didn’t even raise Morgan. Yet he turned out just like her. Maybe it’s just that apple and tree thing?

In actor news, Samantha Logan (Taylor) has been replaced by actress Pepi Sonuga. Rick Springfield (Noah) is currently on tour for his 17th album ‘Songs for the End of the World.’ Springfield’s debut novel ‘Magnificent Vibration’ hits book stores next May.

Past Blast

Days of our Lives' Blake Berris on Meth Head

Blake Berris of Days of our Lives in a movie? You bet. The talented actor not only lights up the screen on Days as the twisted character of Nick Fallon that he so eloquently plays, but now he co-stars in "Meth Head" an independent feature film that was just screened in Washington, DC.  -- to rave reviews.

"Yes! I just came back from the screening. I'm still in Washington and I was thrilled to read the reviews in the papers," Berris said. "This film is something I really wanted to do."

Berris plays Dustin, a character who befriends Kyle, the lead character, played by Lukas Hass ("Lincoln", "Inception", " Brick"), and let's just say he leads him down the pathway of life to hell.
